Melanie Lin

Melanie Lin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Melanie is currently working at VIRUS International as the Global B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager since June 2021. Previously, they held the position of Outreach & Partnerships Manager at the same company from September 2020 to June 2021.

Before that, Melanie founded their own company called Myridian in 2019, where they served as the Founder & CEO. In this role, they established key supply chain relationships with overseas manufacturers to reduce costs while ensuring high-quality products. Additionally, they developed business relationships with corporate wellness officers and HR departments, and generated marketing and media content to enhance brand and product awareness.

Melanie also has experience in the fitness industry. Melanie worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at Prana Wellness starting from October 2019. Prior to that, they were a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga from January 2018 to February 2021. Melanie also had a role as part of the Studio Experience Team at CorePower Yoga from May 2017 to December 2017.

In terms of management experience, Melanie served as the General Manager at Xenon Performance Ltd. from December 2017 to February 2019. Melanie also worked as the Director of Internal Operations at the International Model United Nations Association (IMUNA) from May 2017 to March 2018.

Melanie gained early professional experience as a Bearwear Buying Office Administrative Assistant at Associated Students UCLA from March 2015 to March 2018. Melanie also interned as a Private Equity Intern at Arrowroot Capital from September 2016 to December 2016.

Furthermore, Melanie worked as an Administrative Director at the International Model United Nations Association (IMUNA) from December 2014 to December 2015. Melanie also served as a Special Assistant/Intern at the Organization for International Cooperation from May 2015 to August 2015.

Melanie Lin completed their education in a chronological order starting from Huntington Beach High School, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. After that, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree at UCLA from 2014 to 2018. Melanie majored in Economics with a minor in Global Studies. Following their undergraduate studies, Melanie attended the University of Southern California from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Melanie also obtained certifications in Power Yoga (200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher) from CorePower Yoga in December 2018 and Yoga Sculpt/Group Fitness from the same institution in November 2017.
