Brooke D. Arena serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel for People, Corporate Responsibility & Communications at Visa, where responsibilities include leading global legal support for the People function and the Inclusive Impact & Sustainability function, alongside offering strategic employment law guidance to senior leadership. Previous roles include Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Global Head of Employment Law & Social Impact, as well as Senior Counsel in various capacities at Visa and a Senior Associate focused on employment litigation at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Additional experience includes a secondment at Genentech's Employment Law Group and an associate role at Heller Ehrman. Brooke D. Arena received a Doctor of Law degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science and Sociology from Stanford University.
