Elif Somay

Elif Somay serves as the Global Head of Innovation Centers & Client Engagement at Visa, bringing extensive experience in developing client strategies and consulting for diverse partners. Holding multiple leadership roles at Visa, Elif co-chairs the Global Visa Women’s Network and leads initiatives focused on innovation and insights within North America. Prior to Visa, Elif was the Senior Director of Business Development & Client Services at Tambourine, Inc., where responsibilities included establishing sustainable business relationships across various industries. Elif began a career in marketing as a Senior Marketing Manager at Stanford Graduate School of Business, with a focus on direct marketing strategies for executive education programs. Elif holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and has furthered education through programs at Stanford Continuing Studies and Loyalty Academy.
