Eugene Martin

Eugene Martin is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Director of Commercial Learning for CEMEA at Visa since January 2023. Prior roles include Regional L&D Manager for Industrial Refrigeration EMEA at Johnson Controls, where significant achievements included the establishment of the first MEA Sales Academy for over 200 Sales Engineers. Eugene also held positions as Regional Learning Manager at Aggreko, focusing on regional learning strategies, and contributed to the development of sales onboarding programs at Johnson Controls. Earlier experience includes general management roles at IWG plc, where responsibility included business performance and profitability in multiple branches, as well as consultancy work at ABAMI Consultancy, driving commercial development in Abu Dhabi. Eugene holds a BA (Hons) in Sport Science and History from Canterbury Christ Church University.
