Gulraiz Khan

Gulraiz Khan is an experienced professional in customer experience, design, and education, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience & Design and Head of Digital Design Lab at United Bank Limited since July 2018. Alongside this role, Gulraiz is a Teaching Team Lead and Teaching Assistant at IDEO U, focusing on design thinking for a global learner community. Previously, Gulraiz held the position of Assistant Director at Habib University’s playground, and worked as a lecturer in the Communication & Design department. Additional academic roles include a Visiting Lecturer at SZABIST and a Teaching Assistant at The New School. Gulraiz gained experience in editorial roles as a Senior Sub-editor at Express Tribune and a Research & Curatorial Fellow at No Longer Empty. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Hons.) from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
