Om Mandal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in global operations and engineering management. Currently serving as Director of Global Operations at Visa since October 2023, Mandal has previously held prominent roles such as Senior Engineering Manager at Pure Storage and DevOps and Ecosystem Partner Acceleration Manager at VMware. With a strong background in automation, software delivery transformation, and team leadership, Mandal has successfully driven the development of test automation platforms, enabled partner engineers in delivering advanced features, and executed strategic improvements in version control systems. Educationally, Mandal earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
