Stuart Bowes is a seasoned professional in business strategy and operations, currently serving as Senior Director at Visa since May 2021, following a role as Director for Visa Direct. Prior experience includes managing business delivery at Mettle, overseeing cards processing and onboarding onto the Faster Payments Scheme, and serving as PMO Manager for NatWest Group’s digital bank Bó and the Services COO. Stuart also held roles at HSBC as a Senior PMO, and as Lead PMO at NatWest Group focusing on Markets and Capital Resolution. Early career includes project management positions at GSK and Johnson & Johnson. Stuart holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from The University of Manchester, obtained in 2001.
