Fabrizio Lanzillotta

Fabrizio Lanzillotta has over two decades of experience in human resources and operational excellence, currently serving as Senior Director of HR Technical Role and Operational Excellence for Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., since April 2007. Fabrizio has held various leadership positions within the company, including Director of HR for Italy and Training/HR Projects for Europe, and has been a key HR Business Partner for the Opto Division. Prior to joining Vishay, Fabrizio worked at International Rectifier, an Infineon Technologies Company, from December 1995 to 2007, where roles included Director of HR for Italy and Manufacturing Manager. Fabrizio earned a degree from Università degli Studi di Torino between 1989 and 1993.
