Josh Rich

Josh Rich has been in the business development industry for over 8 years. Josh started their career at Solutionreach, Inc. in May 2012 as a Business Development Executive and then moved on to BluTech Lenses in January 2017 as Head of Customer Experience. In September 2017, they joined Innereactive as Head of Sales and Product Marketing.

During their time at Innereactive, Josh developed a self-serve sales process which increased speed to purchase by 13%. Josh also designed a more value based, upsell-driven account management experience which increased open opportunities by 19% and reduced churn by 11%. In addition, Josh created a more scalable & efficient customer onboarding process which reduced new customer set-up time by 34%.

In November 2020, Josh left Innereactive to join Visibly as Head of Business Development.

Josh Rich's educational career would involve completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in marketing from Idaho State University.

They are on a team with Joel Stonedale - General Counsel, Sha Alibhai - VP, Engineering, and Paul Foley - CFO. Josh Rich reports to Brent Rasmussen, CEO.
