Tilman Maier

Tilman Maier is currently a Project Manager at Visiolink. Tilman has previously worked as a Business Analyst at Danske Bank from January 2008 to December 2016. There, they were responsible for coordinating projects and tasks related to software development, identifying and implementing workflows and business standards and processes, presenting IT solutions to customers, investigating business areas and analyzing IT requirements. Tilman also created design proposals based on findings with the goal of improvements, wrote user requirements based on analysis, and worked with user experience in designing user interfaces. Other responsibilities included prototyping, developing UX patterns and design standards, planning and managing development tasks, collaborating in global teams across Nordic countries and India, and using SCRUM methodology. Prior to their work at Danske Bank, Tilman Maier was a Workflow Consultant at CCI Europe from January 2006 to December 2007. Before that, they worked as a translator from German to Danish from January 1999 to December 2005.

Tilman Maier is a candidate for a master's degree in information science at Aarhus University.
