Connie McMann

Connie McMann has extensive experience in the credit union industry. Connie most recently worked as the VP Training & Employee Development at Vision Credit Union Ltd. since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Human Resources at Encompass Credit Union from January 2016 to November 2022. Before that, they served as the Executive Manager of Human Resources at Encompass Credit Union Ltd. in 2015. Connie also worked at Wainwright Credit Union Ltd., where they held multiple roles, including Manager of Human Resources from November 2009 to December 2014, and Human Resources Officer from June 2004 to October 2009.

Connie McMann completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Business Education from the University of Alberta. Connie pursued this degree from 1982 to 1986.
