Tom McCabe

Tom McCabe is an experienced regulatory and operations consultant in the financial markets, currently serving as a Regulatory and Exchange Consultant at Vision Financial Markets LLC since January 2021. Prior to this role, Tom was the Consultant - CEO at Birdie Derivatives Consulting for a brief period, specializing in derivative markets consulting. Tom spent over 12 years at OneChicago, first as Chief Regulatory Officer, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with exchange rules, and later as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing various operational aspects. Tom's extensive experience in operations began at the Chicago Board of Trade/CME Group, where Tom held the position of VP Operations and Quality Assurance, managing global operations and a significant budget. Tom holds a BSBA in Finance from Creighton University and a Professional Certificate in Cyber Security Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
