Sharat Divakar

Sharat Divakar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sharat is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Vision Group Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations & HR at Maxerience Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Sharat also held the position of VP of Operations & Program Management at a stealth mode startup company from 2019 to 2020. Before that, Sharat worked as the VP of Operations and Project Management at Maxerience Inc. from 2019 to 2019, where they managed various projects and set up operations for data preprocessing and post-processing. Other notable positions include Head of Manufacturing at an Aerospace Company, Head of Operations at Verga Attachments Pvt Ltd, and Area Operations Manager at Amazon. Sharat has a strong background in operations management, project management, and manufacturing engineering.

Sharat Divakar completed their education in the field of management and manufacturing. From 2011 to 2012, they attended Sikkim Manipal and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they studied at BITS, Pilani, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Management. Additionally, Sharat has acquired certifications to further enhance their skills and qualifications. In 2015, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and in 2013, they received a Green Belt in Six Sigma certification from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
