Andreu Hall has extensive work experience in various industries. Andreu began their career at Boys and Girls Club of Lompoc as a Lead Teacher, where they were responsible for office administration. Andreu then worked at Quality Inn Santa Ynez Valley as a Front Desk Agent and Manager on Duty.

In 2012, Andreu joined Lompoc Unified School District as a Senior Office Assistant, where they carried out administrative tasks. Andreu then transitioned to Sheraton Ontario Airport Hotel as a Guest Service Agent, delivering exceptional service to hotel guests.

In 2017, they worked at Chumash Casino Resort and Hotel Corque as a Security Professional. Later that year, they joined Chartwell Hospitality as an Assistant General Manager, overseeing hotel operations. At Vision Hospitality Group, Inc., they served as a Dual Assistant General Manager before becoming a General Manager for Parks Hospitality Group in 2020.

In 2021, Andreu joined GEICO as part of their Leadership Development Program, specifically working in the Salvage Department. Andreu then returned to Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. as a General Manager on a task force, providing support and guidance to different hotel properties.

Currently, in 2021, Andreu is serving as an Operations Training Manager and Auditor at Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. in a leadership role, ensuring operational excellence and conducting audits.

Andreu Hall completed their Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Allan Hancock College from 2008 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California Baptist University and completed it from 2014 to 2017.
