Latoya Drakeford

LaToya Drakeford has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. From 2012 to the present, they have worked at Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. in various roles. LaToya began as a Corporate Human Resources Generalist, where they provided expertise in employee benefits, compensation, hiring, onboarding, and evaluations. LaToya also offered valuable advice and counsel to employees and managers. Subsequently, they took on the role of Special Project Coordinator.

Prior to joining Vision Hospitality Group, Inc., LaToya worked for Target for over two decades, from 1998 to 2020. LaToya held the position of Executive, responsible for the hiring, retention, and development of an effective team. LaToya ensured that payroll and store budgets were met, and they established partnerships with peers, executives, senior leadership, and law enforcement.

LaToya Drakeford has a diverse education history. LaToya holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. LaToya also earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Chattahoochee Technical College.

LaToya obtained these certifications in May 2021 and March 2021, respectively. Furthermore, LaToya is an Arbitrator, having completed the certification program in January 2020.

LaToya is certified in Event & Hospitality Management since January 2018 and in Human Resources since July 2016.
