Kristy Lam

Kristy Lam is an experienced professional in the field of social work, currently serving as a Vision Loss Rehabilitation Assistant at Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Registrar at CNIB and a Child & Youth Placement Student in the same organization from September 2022 to April 2023. Kristy has also worked as an Administration Assistant at George Dimov CPA from February to December 2022. Volunteering as an Emotional Support Volunteer at the Certified Listeners Society and serving as a Camp Counselor at Shadow Lake Camp demonstrate a commitment to community service. Additionally, leadership skills were showcased as President of Circle K International at UGH and participation in various roles including employee and volunteer positions at YMCA Canada, A99 Golf, and PizzaVille. Kristy holds multiple qualifications, including a Diploma in Social Work from Humber College ITAL, an Honours degree, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from the University of Guelph-Humber, all completed between September 2018 and June 2023.
