Pollyana Padua

Pollyana Padua is currently the Head of Business Growth at Vision One since July 2021. Prior to this role, Pollyana was the Interim Regional General Director, overseeing P&L, growth projects, and units management. Pollyana also has experience working at Danone as the Head of People & ESG, focusing on talent development, diversity, and HR business partnerships. Before that, Pollyana was the General Manager at a Family Company. Pollyana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Lavras.
