Nupur Gupta has a diverse range of work experience in the optical industry. Nupur started their career as a Sales Representative at GKB Opticals, where they gained valuable knowledge of consumer behavior. Nupur then moved on to become a Junior Marketing Executive at Marshall Cavendish Education, where they contributed to strategic branding efforts.

Nupur later joined GKB Opticals again, this time as a Junior Purchase Executive. In this role, they observed and improved the purchasing process to minimize errors. In 2015, Nupur enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Operations in 2017. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Micro Pro LLC, including programming languages such as C, C++, Java, J2EE, PHP, and HTML5 in 2015. In 2009, they acquired skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Creative Suite, such as Adobe Photoshop CS6, Illustrator, Premier, Dreamweaver, and Corel Draw14. Nupur also gained expertise in using Microsoft Business Solutions 'Navision,' an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in April 2009.
