Michael Dougan

Michael Dougan is a seasoned software engineer specializing in mobile application development, with extensive experience in both consulting and organizational roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at VSP Global since April 2019, Michael focuses on maintaining and enhancing the Member Portal mobile applications for VSP Health Care subscribers. Previous roles include Application Architect/Supervisor for The County of Ventura, where Michael designed native mobile applications, and Senior Systems Architect/Developer in various organizations, contributing to projects involving Electronic Health Records and auction processing systems.
