Katie Turner

Katie Turner, MBA, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Vision Technologies, supporting the Executive Leadership Team since April 2023. With extensive experience in project management and operations, Katie previously led the implementation of ERP software as a Senior Project Manager and functioned as Head of Worldwide Operations at Amazon Web Services, overseeing customer-facing and operational specialists. In addition to current roles, Katie contributes as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Severn River Rugby club and as a member of The Post, a private network for leaders. Past roles include serving as an Adjunct Professor at the Kogod School of Business and various managerial positions at Under Armour, where Katie managed significant order books and customer service operations across multiple regions. Educational credentials include a Master's in Business Management from Towson University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and International Studies from American University.
