Rick’s over 25-year background in security operations spans surveillance systems, security needs assessments, project management, sales leadership, IT network design, and emergency management. He currently spearheads daily operations for Vision’s growing security integration business. His advanced technical acumen includes proficiency with access control, CCTV, IP cameras, biometrics, VoIP, telecommunications, fire alarms, and cutting-edge intrusion detection solutions. He is adept throughout all project phases, such as solution design and specification, installation, maintenance, management, and client satisfaction.

With substantial expertise in developing and managing security plans, Rick is adept at creating and administering training programs, steering budget compliance, and establishing security operating procedures. He excels in risk mitigation/management, emergency planning, and response, theft prevention, solution selling, troubleshooting, and account development. Recently, he implemented Return to Work solutions for Scanning, Protection, and Tracing during the pandemic.
