Chris Pearson

Chris Pearson is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Teaching and Learning Coach at Vision West Nottinghamshire College since December 2022. Additionally, Chris holds the position of Parent Governor at Rawmarsh Thorogate Primary School from March 2023. Previously, Chris worked as a Public Services & Sport Lecturer at Barnsley College from March 2017 to December 2022 and held a variable hours lecturer role in the same field. Chris also served as a Royal Navy Reservist, completing phase 1 sailor/basic training. Educational qualifications include a PGCE from Sheffield Hallam University and a degree in Physical Education, Sports and Exercise from Leeds Beckett University, complemented by a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport from Thomas Rotherham College.
