Heiko Henning's work experience starts in 1993 at McKinsey & Company where they worked as a Senior Engagement Manager until 1999. Heiko then joined Lante as a Principal, leading their Chicago office and being responsible for establishing and developing new accounts. During their tenure, they grew the team from 20 to 120+ and achieved revenue growth of over 100% year over year.
In 2002, Heiko moved on to Trilogy where they served as the Director of Business Development.
From 2003 to 2017, Heiko held various roles at Blackbaud, including VP of Professional Services, VP of Marketing, and VP of Corporate Strategy and Business Development.
Most recently, they joined Vision2 Systems in 2017 as the Chief Revenue Officer. In this position, they were responsible for all customer and market facing activities, including sales, marketing, customer success, and support programs. Heiko successfully revitalized new revenue growth and established critical relationships within the market.
Heiko Henning completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1981 and 1985. Heiko furthered their education by obtaining an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, graduating in 1993.
