Niki Bilodeau

Niki Bilodeau is a Customer Relationship Management Specialist with extensive experience in both client engagement and retail management. Currently at Vision33 since January 2016, Niki transitioned from a Solutions Consultant role to focus on nurturing relationships with an existing client base, leveraging expertise in SAP Business One. Prior experience includes owning Colibri Arts, a small business dedicated to artistic expression and collaboration from July 2011 to December 2021, and serving as Retail Sales Manager at Fungi Perfecti LLC from March 2009 to December 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing retail sales, managing team development, and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration. Niki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Aesthetics, Philosophy, and Literature from The Evergreen State College, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from South Puget Sound Community College.
