Mark Oliver

Mark Oliver serves as the Practice Director for the State and Local Business Unit at Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) since June 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple positions at Infor from 2003 to June 2020, including Product Management Lead for the Public Sector, Senior Business Solutions Consultant, and Manager of Public Sector Presales. Mark holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology from National University, obtained between 1999 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned from 1978 to 1983.
