Brenda Lathan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic development and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at VisionFirst Advisors LLC and as the Owner of BHL Consulting, LLC, Brenda previously held significant roles at Columbus Lowndes Development LINK, including Vice President and Senior Vice President, where notable achievements included recruiting 48 new industrial projects and facilitating a total investment of $3 billion. Brenda's career also includes positions as Director of Research and Business Development at the Lowndes County Industrial Development Authority, Administrative Assistant at CLEDA, and marketing roles at IKON Office Solutions. Brenda's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Education from Mississippi University for Women and training from the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute.
