Michael Heiss

Michael Heiss, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Michael started their career at Staples in 2007, where they worked in business development and also participated in a national leadership and management development program. In 2010, they joined Bausch + Lomb as a Vision Care Territory Manager and later became a Certified Field Trainer. In 2016, they moved to VSP Vision, where they held various positions including Optics Account Executive, Regional Vice President - East, and Senior Business Development Manager. Currently, they are working at Visionix as the Sales Director - West and will soon transition into the role of US, VP of Sales. With their background in sales and business development, Michael brings a wealth of experience to their current and future roles.

Michael Heiss, MBA, earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology with a focus on Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota in 2004. In 2015, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Strategy from Augsburg University.
