Baila Drucker

Baila Drucker is a seasoned professional with significant experience in mental health and social work. As the Founder of Transformation Solutions LLC since November 2017, Baila specializes in individual and family transformation. In co-founding and serving as Clinical Director of Project:Camp since September 2019, Baila focuses on trauma-informed childcare for communities impacted by disasters. Baila also holds the position of Primary Therapist at Visions Adolescent Treatment Centers and previously contributed as faculty at the Susan B Krevoy Eating Disorders Program, where Baila provided training on trauma-informed eating disorder treatment. Additional roles include Assistant Clinical Director and Family Program Director at Beit T'Shuvah and various consulting and training positions. Baila's educational background includes a Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree from Yeshiva University.
