Keenya Powell

Keenya Powell is an experienced education professional currently serving as the CTE Coordinator at Visions In Education Charter School since July 2022. Previously, Keenya held the position of K12 SWP Coordinator and College and Career Readiness Program Specialist at the Yolo County Office of Education from July 2019 to August 2022, acting as the primary liaison between K12 LEAs in the Yuba Community College District and community colleges. From August 2006 to June 2019, Keenya worked at Twin Rivers Unified School District as a Program Development Consultant for Career Technical Education, where responsibilities included organizing CTE programs, recruiting and training instructors, and advising students on enrollment procedures. Educationally, Keenya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from the University of Phoenix.
