Irva Khan

Irva Khan has three years of work experience. In 2022, they began working at VisionX as a People and Community Associate, where they managed full-cycle recruiting processes, met with department heads to discuss their staffing needs, and reviewed job descriptions. In 2021, they started working at Talent Getters Pro as a Technical Recruiter, where they used applicant tracking systems, identified and approached suitable candidates, trained new recruiters, and posted new positions on job boards. Also in 2021, they began working at Ghaliya's Montessori House for Autism as a Behavioral Therapist.
