Brecht Putman Cmp

Brecht Putman, CMP, currently serves as the Senior Associations Manager for North America at VISITFLANDERS Convention Bureau since September 2019, and has been the Meetings & Incentives Manager for North America at the Tourist office for Flanders, Belgium since December 2011. Prior experience includes a role as Meeting Consultant at BCB, the Belgium Convention Bureau for Flanders & Brussels, from November 2008 to November 2011, and Deputy Region Manager at VVV West-Vlaamse Scheldestreek from 2005 to 2007. Brecht Putman holds a Diplomado in Estudios Mexicanos from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (2020-2022), attended ECM Summer School in Bozen, Italy (2009), and earned a degree in Tourism Management from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen (2002-2005) after studying at Artevelde Hogeschool Gent (2007-2008).
