Dilsia S. has a strong work experience in various roles and industries. Dilsia started their career at 2U in 2014, where they worked as an Admissions Recruiter for three years before transitioning to the role of Program Manager. In 2019, they joined Correlation One as a Career Success Coach, providing support and guidance to students. Later that year, they joined HackerU as a Senior Student Success Manager, where they stayed until February 2021. In December 2021, they joined Visit.org as a Technical Sourcer. Currently, they are working at Thinkful as a Career Coach, a position they started in March 2021. In 2022, they also started working at Expedia Group as a Global Talent Attraction professional.
