Roslyn Castaneda (Roz)

Roslyn (Roz) Castaneda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of River Walk Operations at Visit San Antonio since October 2021, Castaneda also holds the role of Real Estate Sales Agent at Phyllis Browning Company and Director of Operations at the San Antonio River Walk Association, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting the River Walk as a premier tourist destination. As the founder of Eventus Agency and former Chief Operations Officer at Kirk's Global Compass, Castaneda has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee operational, marketing, and sales strategies. Previous experience includes managing corporate events at CSE Events and interning in community relations at Spurs Sports & Entertainment. Castaneda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Texas State University.
