Kasper Lyhr

Kasper is responsible for Visma’s Public segment with over 2,000 dedicated employees. He is also a board member of 14 companies, chairing nine of them.

During his career, Kasper has had strategic, M&A, P&L and people management responsibilities at some of the largest software companies in Europe. This, combined with his experiences living and working in cities like London, San Francisco, Dubai and Stockholm, has given him a well-rounded international profile. He has hired hundreds of employees and been responsible for offices in all major markets globally.

In addition to board work and corporate management, Kasper has extensive experience as a founder and entrepreneur. He has completed several fundraisings and exits in tech companies – most notably govtech startup FirstAgenda, sold to Visma in 2020, and fast-growing AI startup Capturi with several fundraisings to date.

Kasper is also a seasoned speaker on the implications technology and software will have on the future. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Aarhus University in Denmark.
