Monica Nyesti

Monica Nyesti has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Monica started their career at Procter&Gamble in 1999, where they held various managerial positions including Distribution Center Manager, Liquids Operation Manager, and SAP Project Manager. In 2006, they became the Supply Planning Leader at Procter&Gamble Rakona. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Site Human Resources Manager at Procter&Gamble Timisoara. Subsequently, they joined Procter&Gamble as the CEEMEA WPI leader until 2013. Since 2013, they have been working at Visma Software SRL as an HR Business Partner, where they have been responsible for attracting talents, increasing company visibility, and coordinating projects. In 2022, Monica Nyesti joined Visma Romania as a Recruitment Lead.

Monica Nyesti attended Universitatea "Politehnica" din Timișoara from 1986 to 1992, studying Computer Software Engineering.
