Sajaad Mohamed

Customer Success & Quality Assurance at Visme

Sajaad Mohamed has worked in various roles since 2010. Sajaad began as a System Administrator at Eureka Technology Partners, where they were responsible for troubleshooting Windows, Mac and Linux computers, as well as wired and wireless routers. Sajaad also provided technical support and trained new recruits on networking. In 2012, they moved to Etisalat Lanka (Private) Limited as a Supervisor at the Customer Care call center, administering 100+ Executives and managing and maintaining the call center's main operational system. In 2014, Sajaad became Manager Projects at Unique Media Solutions. In 2016, they took on the role of System Support Engineer at Explaindio, and finally in 2019, they became a Customer Success & Quality Assurance at Visme.

Sajaad Mohamed's education history includes a PGD IT in IT Networking from the British Computer Society from 2008 to 2010, an Information Technology course from ESOFT Computer Studies from 2008 to 2010, and secondary education from Ranabima Royal College from 1998 to 2007 and from Ranabima Royal College, Kandy from 1999 to 2006. In addition, Sajaad Mohamed has obtained several certifications from Microsoft and Etisalat Lanka (Private) Limited, including MCSA: Windows Server 2008, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008, MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuration, MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration, MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration, Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
