Dima is a highly regarded and recognized global healthcare strategist focused on standardizing and bringing interoperability to the medical and home healthcare ecosystem. She has launched and led numerous technology companies over the past 2 decades working with hundreds of organizations to build and install custom technology solutions. Dima is a highly sought after speaker on healthcare technology spanning 3D printing & visualization as well as blockchain applications in medicine. A champion of equity and equality across all communities, she is an advocate for unifying and liberating personal healthcare data for all populations.

Dima was selected by Chicago Tribune’s BlueSky Vault as one of the Top 100 entrepreneurs in Chicago. Her current venture, VisMed-3D, a biomedical design and consulting firm, is in keeping with her thirst for new technology and innovation. Using the team’s expertise in 3D printing allows, VisMed-3D to be a leader in 3D biomedical visualization and printing for personalized medicine. Alongside this innovative start-up, she is pursuing her passion — devoting time, energy and guidance to women founders and entrepreneurs. As an adjunct faculty member or Entrepreneur-in-residence, teaching Entrepreneurship or as an in-demand speaker, she exemplifies her commitment to giving back and paying it forward.

Currently, she devotes her energy and guidance to women founders and entrepreneurs in technology by providing start-up experience and leadership. She serves as an adjunct faculty for ACM, The Associated Colleges of the Midwest, in entrepreneurial and innovation studies. As President and CEO of VisualMedia Ltd., Dima adds to her experience aspects of operations and management through her concentration on the growth of new products and the execution of business initiatives in varied vertical markets and industries.

A hard-driving, metric-based leader able to deliver concrete results through influence and collaboration enhanced by her global perspective, she has emerged as an in-demand speaker in her industry. Her distinct insight and outlook have been sharpened by serving as a board member for domestic and international community-based organizations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Dima also serves as Chair of the STEM steering committee for the Aparecio Foundation.

Dima holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Hanover College and has earned her MBA from Texas A&M’s May’s School of Business with a concentration in Finance. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Hanover College.
