Christel Arkesteijn-Vester CBC BSc

Christel Arkesteijn-Vester has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christel started their career at EY as a Staff Audit, where they gained experience in audits and compilation engagements. At Falconiformes, they served as an Administrator/Accountant, taking responsibility for financial administrations, HR documentation, and general management support. Christel then joined Optelec as an Assistant Controller, where they focused on streamlining administrative processes and establishing a successful cooperation with the Tax Administration. Christel later became a Controller, overseeing day-to-day administration, tax returns, subsidies, financial statements, and consolidation of group figures for international branches. Currently, they are the Finance Director Europe at Vispero, responsible for timely and accurate reporting in a newly formed group after a merger. Christel's work experience demonstrates their expertise in finance, administration, taxation, and international operations.

Christel Arkesteijn-Vester CBC BSc earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 2003. In 2019, they pursued further education and completed a Post HBO program in Certified Business Controller at Alex van Groningen BV, finishing in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Christel has obtained various certifications. In July 2021, they received the Power BI Advanced certification from Computrain. Prior to that, in June 2021, they completed an Introduction into Power BI course offered by the same institution. In August 2017, Christel obtained a certification in Time Management from Tijdwinst.com. Furthermore, they obtained an HBO Accountancy certification from Hogeschool Inholland in July 2003.
