John D. Steinmetz

John David Steinmetz is an experienced banking executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Vista Bank since October 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing all commercial and retail banking operations, strategic planning, and managing stakeholder relations. Prior to this role, Steinmetz held several positions at PlainsCapital Bank from 2005 to 2007, including Vice Chairman of the Board and President, and played a pivotal role in business development. Steinmetz's earlier experience also includes serving as Special Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of PlainsCapital Corporation from 2003 to 2005.
