Louie Medina

Louie Medina is an experienced professional in the fields of operations, security, and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Covenant Special Projects since July 2021, Louie also contributes as an Adjunct Professor at Vista College and provides elite security services with Covenant Special Projects since December 2018. Louie has held the position of Executive Protection at Tricon Security Group LLC since December 2016 and has been semi-retired since October 2016. Prior roles include Regional Security Manager at Commercial Metals Company, where responsibilities involved handling internal criminal investigations, and a consultant for the FDA focusing on tobacco compliance and inspections from January 2011 to August 2013. Louie's career began at El Paso County Texas as a Sergeant with the Sheriff's Office from 1986 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Webster University, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Park University, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the FBI National Academy.
