Jayaraj (Jay) Koliyat has extensive experience in technical support and services, currently serving as Support Manager at Vista since September 2016 after progressing through roles including Support Lead, Technical Services Lead, and Senior Services Analyst. Prior to Vista, Jayaraj worked as an IT Support Analyst at Roche for a brief period, providing L1 and L2 support for IT infrastructure. Jayaraj's earlier roles include Technical Solution Engineer, DBA, and DevOps at Subex Ltd, where responsibilities included requirements gathering and SQL server administration, and Software Engineer at Tratum Technologies, focusing on application support for British Telecom's contact central.
