Alexandria Stuart

Alexandria Stuart joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017 as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Stuart was a member of the litigation group of Ropes & Gray in its New York and San Francisco offices. While at Ropes & Gray, Ms. Stuart’s practice focused on representing clients in government investigations and enforcement actions. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Ms. Stuart served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Charities Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General where she investigated and prosecuted fraud and abuse involving nonprofit corporations. Ms. Stuart is a member of the state bars of New York and California.
