Domini Floyd

Domini Floyd joined Vista Equity Partners in 2019. Ms. Floyd is responsible for overseeing business systems operations and strategy across all functions at Vista Equity Partners.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Floyd worked as the Director of IT at White Oak Global Advisors, where she served as the chief technical liaison for all application lifecycles, new platform procurement and vendor management. Before her time at White Oak Global Advisors, Ms. Floyd worked as a Consulting Manager at Strategic Growth, Inc., where she developed CRM implementation roadmaps for customers in the financial services, manufacturing and software industries. Prior to Strategic Growth, Inc., Ms. Floyd served in Sales Operations leadership roles at companies such as Siemens Industry and Citrix Systems, where she focused on CRM strategy, sales methodology efficiency and BI strategy.
