Khalida Ali

Khalida Ali is an experienced leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Vista Equity Partners since September 2019. Prior roles include Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the same firm, as well as positions at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business as an Advisory Council Member for the Center for Equity, Gender and Leadership, and at Zendesk as Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Bank of America, Manager of Diversity Analytics at NBCUniversal, and various leadership roles at Morgan Stanley. Khalida Ali holds a BA in Economics from Spelman College, which was attended from 2003 to 2006, and also studied at New York University in 2002-2003.
