Marybeth Schmitz

Marybeth Schmitz joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016. In her role, Ms. Schmitz oversees the human resources function for Vista Equity Partners, as well as all firm facilities and the executive assistant program.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Schmitz was the Chief Operating Officer at The Boon Group. Before that, she ran human resources at the law firm of Kessler, Topaz, Meltzer & Check in Philadelphia. Ms. Schmitz also ran divisional human resources programs at Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns in New York City. Ms. Schmitz began her career in recruiting and human resources consulting roles.
