Lily Karapetyan

Lily Karapetyan has a strong background in sales and customer service. Lily started their career as a Travel Ambassador for Gold Coast Tourism Corporation, where they created marketing content and successfully converted small business owners to paying members. Lily then moved on to become a VIP Guest Relations at Palazzo Versace Gold Coast Australia, where they provided exceptional customer service to VIP guests and handled guest complaints. Lily then transitioned into the aviation industry, working as a Private Aviation Consultant at Eclipse Air Charter, where they were responsible for all phases of the sales process and supported clients' personal and business needs. Lily later took on the role of Director of Charter Sales at the same company, contributing to record-setting sales figures and driving business growth. Currently, Lily is working as a Sales Director - Corporate Accounts at Vista, where they focus on solving corporate travel requirements for multinational corporations and educating companies on Vista's corporate private aviation solution.

Lily Karapetyan has a diverse education history. In 2014 to 2015, they attended Seneca Polytechnic and earned a degree in Business Administration Management, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Following this, from 2016 to 2017, Lily enrolled at Griffith University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management, with an emphasis on the Events major. During the same period, they also studied at Griffith University for a Bachelor's degree in Business, specializing in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. In September 2021, Lily obtained the Argus Rated Registered Broker certification from SGS.
