Julie De Alba has a diverse range of work experience. Julie started their career as a Lecturer of Education at Barry University from 2005 to 2007. Julie then served as the Director of Instructional Development at The Master's Academy from 1996 to 2008. Following this, they worked as a Classroom Teacher at Orangewood Christian School from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on building strong student-teacher relationships and motivating individual learners. From 2010 onwards, Julie joined Vista Higher Learning, initially as a Senior Modern Language Specialist/Sales Rep, and later as the Director of Training & Development/Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they excelled in business development, relationship cultivation, and understanding client needs. Julie demonstrated exceptional sales performance, achieving over 100% of their sales goals and receiving accolades such as the Higher Ed Sales Rep of the Year Award. Julie possesses strong skills in presentation, consultative selling, and analytics, and is known for their creativity, flexibility, and collaborative spirit in building effective sales teams.
Julie De Alba earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Central Florida, which they attended from 1984 to 1986. Julie later pursued a Masters of Science degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Nova Southeastern University from 2001 to 2002. In addition, Julie holds various certifications, including the Elementary Principal - Professional Lifetime Certification from the Association of Christian Schools International, obtained in June 2007. Julie also obtained the State of Florida Department of Education Professional Educator's Certificate in Educational Leadership (all levels), Elementary Education (1-6), and ESOL Endorsement from the State of Florida Department of Education in July 2008.
