Robert Dean

Robert Dean has been with Vista Hill since January 2000 and is currently the President & CEO. Robert has held various positions within the company during their tenure, including Sr. Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for service line development, budgeting, and operational oversight of all programs and employees. Robert also developed collateral marketing materials, website design, and relationships with contract payors.

Under Robert's leadership, Vista Hill has become one of the leading community-based organizations in San Diego. Robert has been instrumental in developing new programs and expanding existing ones to better serve the community. Robert is passionate about their work and takes great pride in providing quality care to those in need.

Robert Dean has a Master's in Business Management from National University.
