Joshua Borja

Joshua Borja is a Business Development Manager at Vista Industrial Products Inc, where tenure began in July 2007 following graduation from CSU San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in High-Tech Management. With prior experience as a Project Manager at Armadillo Mailbox, Joshua successfully developed the brand nationally despite limited marketing resources. Additionally, Joshua has served as a Coordinator for Guam Liberation since 2003, promoting cultural celebrations, and held the position of President for the SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF GUAM CLUB INC from 2019 to 2021, focusing on Chamorro cultural preservation. Joshua is also the Business Development Director at VIP-Effect.com, innovating marketing strategies that bridge traditional and modern practices. Prior military service in the United States Navy included leadership roles and multiple commendations.
