Florencia Hardoy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of law. Florencia most recently served as the Legal Manager & Compliance Officer at Vista since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Martelli Abogados as a Partner from 2006 to 2017. In this role, they gained extensive experience in commercial, regulatory, corporate, contractual, administrative, and environmental law, providing comprehensive advice to local and international companies. Before joining Martelli Abogados, Florencia was a Senior Counsel at Caparros & Randle Abogados from 2003 to 2006, where they continued to provide comprehensive advice to companies in corporate, contractual, and commercial matters. Florencia also worked as a Semi-Senior Counsel at Nicholson y Cano Abogados from 2002 to 2003, where they advised domestic and foreign companies in corporate, contractual, and commercial matters. Additionally, Florencia started their career as a Paralegal & Junior Counsel at Estudio Beccar Varela from 1994 to 2002, where they provided general advice to companies in economic law and assisted in the registration of corporate decisions.
Florencia Hardoy has a diverse education history. Florencia obtained a degree in Law from the University of Buenos Aires in 2000. In 2007, they pursued further education in International Energy Law, Contracts, and Negotiations with a focus on Upstream Issues and Agreements through the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation (RMMLF).
Continuing their education in the energy sector, Florencia also completed a program on International Energy Law, Contracts, and Negotiations with a focus on Midstream Issues and Agreements through AIPN and RMMLF in 2008.
In 2019, Florencia sought additional skills in ethics and compliance by obtaining a Certification in International Ethics and Compliance (CEC) from the Universidad del CEMA.
Currently, Florencia is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law from UADE Business School, which is an ongoing program offered by Fundación UADE.
In their early education, Florencia attended Colegio Jesús María, where they completed their Bachillerato Humanista.
